TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

“Company” / “Grid Master” refers to Grid Master Private Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns.
“Platform” refers collectively to the Grid Master website, mobile applications, subdomains, APIs, and any other digital interfaces operated by the Company.
“Services” refers to all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to fantasy motorsport contests, prediction games, community features, leaderboards, subscription services, promotional contests, and fan engagement experiences.
“User” refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.
“Contest(s)” refers to fantasy motorsport competitions, prediction challenges, community leagues, or other interactive competitions hosted on the Platform.
“Subscription Services” refers to paid plans offered by Grid Master that provide Users with enhanced features, benefits, or privileges beyond the free services available on the Platform.
“Grid Coins” refers to in-platform reward points or digital credits that may be granted to Users for engagement, participation, or promotional activities.
“Rewards” refers to non-monetary prizes offered to Users including but not limited to merchandise, event access, vouchers, Grid Coins, or experiential rewards.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the Grid Master Platform and all Services provided by the Company.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies, guidelines, or rules published by Grid Master from time to time.

If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Grid Master reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform or upon notification to Users through email, push notification, or other reasonable communication methods.

Continued use of the Platform following such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Grid Master is a motorsport fan engagement platform designed to enhance the experience of motorsport fans through interactive contests, predictions, and community-driven competitions.

Services available on the Platform may include but are not limited to:

Fantasy motorsport contests
Race weekend prediction games
Community leaderboards and rankings
Private leagues between Users
Motorsports-related promotional competitions
Reward programs and fan engagement campaigns
Subscription-based premium features

Participation in these activities is intended for entertainment and engagement purposes.

The Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4. FREE AND PREMIUM FEATURES

Grid Master operates on a freemium service model.

Certain features of the Platform may be made available to Users free of charge, while additional functionality may require an active subscription.

Premium features may include, but are not limited to:

Creation of multiple fantasy teams
Participation in private leagues
Enhanced analytics and performance insights
Eligibility for higher reward tiers
Access to exclusive contests
Early access to new features or events
Additional community engagement tools

The scope of features available under free or premium access may change periodically.

Grid Master reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features available within any tier of service at its sole discretion.

5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Grid Master may offer various subscription plans that provide Users with enhanced access to features or Services on the Platform.

Subscription plans may be offered through:

Mobile application marketplaces such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Direct purchases through the Platform
Other authorized payment channels determined by Grid Master

The Company reserves the right to determine and revise:

Subscription pricing
Subscription duration
Available benefits
Eligibility criteria for premium features

Pricing, benefits, and availability of subscription plans may change at any time.

Such changes shall not affect active subscriptions until the completion of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable laws or platform policies.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment providers including mobile application marketplaces.

Where payments are made through such third-party providers, the payment processing, billing cycle, cancellation, and refund policies shall be governed by the respective provider’s terms and conditions.

Grid Master shall not be responsible for billing disputes, refund policies, or payment processing issues arising from third-party payment services.

Users are responsible for reviewing the terms of the applicable payment platform before purchasing any subscription.

Certain features and services on the Grid Master Platform may be available only through paid subscription plans (“Subscription Services”).

Subscriptions may be purchased through authorized third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

Apple App Store
Google Play Store

All subscription purchases made through such third-party platforms shall be subject to the billing policies, payment terms, and conditions imposed by the respective platform provider.

By purchasing a subscription through these platforms, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

The subscription may be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the User prior to the renewal date.
Renewal charges will be billed automatically by the relevant application marketplace using the payment method associated with the User’s account on that platform.
Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their respective App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
Grid Master does not control the billing systems of these platforms and therefore shall not be responsible for billing disputes, failed payments, or refund requests processed by the respective platform providers.
Any refund requests shall be governed exclusively by the policies of the relevant application marketplace through which the subscription was purchased.

Grid Master reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription plans, pricing structures, or associated benefits at its sole discretion, subject to the policies of the relevant distribution platforms.

7. CONTEST PARTICIPATION

The Platform may host contests and competitions related to motorsport events.

Users participating in fantasy contests may be required to create virtual teams composed of real-world drivers or riders participating in the relevant motorsport event.

Contest scoring may be based on real-world performance metrics such as:

Qualifying results
Race performance
Fastest laps
Overtakes
Other race-related statistics

Grid Master may rely on third-party data providers for official race statistics and performance feeds.

The Company shall not be responsible for inaccuracies in contest scoring arising from incorrect or delayed data provided by third-party sources.

Contest formats may include:

Race weekend competitions
Season leaderboards
Private leagues
Community challenges

Contest rules and scoring systems shall be governed by the Fantasy Rules published on the Platform.

8. REWARDS AND INCENTIVES

Users may earn Rewards for participating in contests, achieving leaderboard rankings, or engaging with the Platform.

Rewards may include:

Motorsport merchandise
Event tickets or motorsport experiences
Discount vouchers
Grid Coins or other in-platform reward credits
Invitations to exclusive events

Rewards provided through the Platform are non-monetary in nature and are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated by Grid Master.

The availability, quantity, and nature of Rewards may vary and may be modified or discontinued by the Company at its sole discretion.

9. GRID COINS AND DIGITAL REWARDS

Grid Coins or similar digital credits may be granted to Users through contests, promotions, or other engagement mechanisms.

Grid Coins:

Do not constitute real currency
Cannot be exchanged for cash
May have expiry periods determined by Grid Master
May be used only within the Platform as permitted by the Company

Grid Master reserves the right to modify the rules governing Grid Coins at any time.

10. USER ACCOUNTS

Users must create an account in order to access certain Services on the Platform.

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Notify Grid Master of any unauthorized access to their account

Users may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating contests or rewards.

Grid Master reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate contests
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform infrastructure
Interfere with the operation of the Platform
Engage in fraudulent activities
Abuse promotional campaigns
Misrepresent their identity

Grid Master reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users who engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform, including but not limited to software, logos, design elements, graphics, content, and trademarks, are owned by Grid Master or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, or services.

Grid Master does not control and shall not be responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party services.

14. COMMUNICATIONS

By registering on the Platform, Users consent to receiving communications from Grid Master including:

Administrative notifications
Contest updates
Promotional offers
Marketing communications

Users may manage communication preferences where such options are available.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Grid Master shall not be liable for:

Service interruptions
Errors in contest results
Loss of data
Inaccuracies arising from third-party data sources
Technical failures beyond its reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid Master shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

16. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Grid Master may suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Platform if the User:

Violates these Terms
Engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct
Attempts to manipulate contests or rewards

The Company may also suspend or discontinue the Platform or Services at its discretion.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

Failure by Grid Master to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Users and Grid Master concerning the use of the Platform.

19. CONTENT RIGHTS AND PUBLICITY

By participating in contests, competitions, community activities, or promotional campaigns hosted on the Grid Master Platform, Users acknowledge and agree that Grid Master may use certain information or materials associated with such participation for promotional and marketing purposes.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Usernames
Leaderboard rankings
Team names
Contest results
Photographs or videos voluntarily submitted by Users
Event participation content

Users grant Grid Master and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and promote such content in connection with:

marketing and promotional activities,
social media communications,
press announcements,
digital and offline advertising,
community highlights.

Grid Master shall not use personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for promotional purposes without obtaining appropriate consent in accordance with applicable laws.

Users represent and warrant that any content they submit to the Platform does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grid Master Private Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, partners, licensors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or in connection with:

The User’s use or misuse of the Grid Master Platform or Services;
Any violation by the User of these Terms and Conditions;
Any breach by the User of applicable laws or regulations;
Any content, information, or material submitted, uploaded, or transmitted by the User through the Platform;
Any infringement or alleged infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party resulting from the User’s actions.

Grid Master reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the User. In such event, the User agrees to cooperate fully with Grid Master in asserting any available defenses.

21. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Users acknowledge that participation in contests, community activities, or promotions on the Platform is voluntary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree to release Grid Master and its affiliates from any liability arising from:

technical errors,
system interruptions,
contest scoring inaccuracies resulting from third-party data sources,
reward fulfillment delays,
platform maintenance or downtime.

Grid Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

22. FORCE MAJEURE

Grid Master shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

acts of God
natural disasters
war or civil disturbances
government actions
technical failures of third-party service providers
network outages or platform infrastructure failures.

23. Anti-Abuse and Multiple Account Policy

Users are permitted to maintain only one registered account on the Grid Master Platform unless expressly authorized in writing by Grid Master.

The creation, operation, or control of multiple accounts by a single individual or entity for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, manipulating contests, abusing promotional programs, or circumventing platform restrictions is strictly prohibited.

Grid Master reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to monitor user activity and investigate any accounts suspected of violating this policy. Such investigations may include, but are not limited to, analysis of account identifiers, device information, IP addresses, payment identifiers, and other relevant data.

If Grid Master determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has created or is operating multiple accounts or has otherwise engaged in abusive conduct, Grid Master reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

suspend or permanently terminate the User’s account(s);
disqualify the User from contests, leaderboards, or promotions;
cancel or invalidate entries submitted through such accounts;
forfeit any rewards, benefits, or incentives obtained through such activity;
restrict the User from accessing the Platform in the future.

Grid Master’s determination of violations under this clause shall be final and binding, and the Company shall not be obligated to disclose details of its internal investigation methods.

24. Platform Manipulation and Unfair Advantage Clause

Users agree not to engage in any activity intended to manipulate, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the normal functioning of the Grid Master Platform, contests, or reward systems.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to generate entries or manipulate contests;
exploiting software vulnerabilities, platform errors, or unintended loopholes;
engaging in collusion with other users to manipulate contest outcomes or leaderboards;
reverse engineering or interfering with platform algorithms or scoring systems;
engaging in any conduct that provides an unfair competitive advantage over other Users.

In the event that Grid Master reasonably believes that a User has engaged in such activities, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

invalidate or remove the User’s contest entries;
adjust or remove leaderboard rankings;
disqualify the User from contests or promotions;
suspend or terminate the User’s account;
revoke any rewards obtained through such conduct.

Grid Master further reserves the right to modify contest rules, scoring systems, or participation limits at any time to maintain the fairness and integrity of the Platform.

All decisions made by Grid Master under this clause shall be final and binding.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Grid Master concerning the use of the Platform.

Any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein are superseded by these Terms.
