1. Prize Inclusions:  Grid Master will cover track tickets (non-transferable) and accommodation for 4 nights and 5 days on a twin-sharing basis for the Qatar Grand Prix. Winners are responsible for their flights and visas and everything else not explicitly mentioned in the ‘What’s covered’ section.
   
   Once a user wins the grand prize to Qatar, he/she won’t be eligible to win again. Should he/she win any of the future contest(s) again, the runner-up of that contest will be declared the winner and will win the ticket to the Qatar GP.

2. Indemnity Clause:  By participating in this contest, the participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grid Master Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:
   ○ Participation in the contest.
   ○ Acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize.
   ○ Any breach or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
   ○ Any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
   ○ Any other actions or omissions resulting in damage or injury to any person or property.
    

3. Rights to Modify:  Grid Master reserves the exclusive right to modify or change the contest rules and terms at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to the duration of the campaign and the subsequent rewards. All decisions made by Grid Master are final and binding.
    

4. Participant Obligations:  Winners agree to participate in Grid Master’s promotional activities, including content creation, brand promotions, and on-track activities as decided and communicated by Grid Master.
    

5. Eligibility Restrictions:  This contest is open only to Indian citizens residing in India who are 18 years or older and not residing in any of the following states -
   - Assam
   - Nagaland
   - Odisha
   - Sikkim
   - Telangana
   - Andhra Pradesh
    

6.  Exclusion of Liability:  Grid Master will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the participants or winners due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of Grid Master, including but not limited to natural disasters, flight cancellations, or health-related issues.
    

7. Data Privacy:  By participating, users agree to the collection and use of their personal information to administer this contest as per Grid Master’s privacy policy.
    

8. In the event that the 2024 Qatar Grand Prix ("Qatar GP") is cancelled for any reason, the "OFF 2 Qatar" prize, which includes race tickets and associated benefits, will also be deemed cancelled. Grid Master Private Limited ("Grid Master") will not be liable for any flight expenses incurred by the prize winners.

By participating in any Q+R contest from the Hungarian GP to the Brazilian GP, you hereby agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
